We are looking for a knowledgeable professional to become a vital part of our Business Information Team, responsible for the support and enhancement of the iTrent HR and Payroll System, SAP Business Objects reporting tool, and other related applications.

In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring precise system maintenance and configuration, optimizing reporting capabilities, and executing upgrades to enhance functionality while adhering to statutory requirements.

Your contributions will also align with our corporate goal of Data and Digital Transformation by delivering system support, advice, and guidance for both existing and new applications across the organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the maintenance and configuration of current and additional iTrent HR and Payroll System modules
  • Developing reports using SAP Business Objects (BO)
  • Creating workflows and batch processes
  • Facilitating integrations with other systems
  • Conducting upgrades, impact assessments, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Supporting and managing other third-party applications and systems
  • Analyzing and documenting HR processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining HR Systems, including the development of process chains, workflows, and batch scheduling.
  • Proficient in writing and generating management information reports in SAP Business Objects, including data analysis, manipulation, and structuring to produce insightful reports.
  • Expertise in providing support, advice, and guidance on HR systems, including user-defined forms to assist users with system maintenance, updates, configurations, reports, and related functions.
  • Experience in crafting user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and performing system testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adjust style to various situations and audiences. Proactively offering advice on process enhancements, fostering positive stakeholder relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing user needs effectively, and suggesting alternatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to use initiative and manage your schedule and work plan to achieve objectives, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical, thorough, and diligent approach to effectively organize unclear information into logical patterns and concepts.
