Job Title: A&E Senior Staff Nurse

The NHS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced A&E Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at the University Hospital of North Midlands. As a key member of our Virtual Ward team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating care for patients in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the clinical assessment of patients in their own home environment, ensuring timely and effective care.
  2. Develop and implement treatment/care packages for patients with varying degrees of complex needs.
Requirements:
  • Current UK NMC Registration
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Possess physical health assessment skills or willingness to work towards
  • Previous experience of working in an acute and/or community setting
  • Mentorship/Teaching Qualification
  • Good level of IT Skills
  • Acute and/or community experience
