Job Title: Regional Senior Manager (Wastewater Services)

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our wastewater services team as a Regional Senior Manager. This role will oversee all staff across a specific region, ensuring the efficient management of wastewater and clean water networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project resources and implement strategic approaches for clients across the Mid-UK region.
  • Monitor and report project progress, working closely with clients to create and implement instrumentation maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure regional budgets are tracked and communicated to clients, with authority over key project decisions and alterations to resources or project goals.
  • Conduct site visits to review options and viability, with quality control and verification of data submitted by Analysts and Senior Project Engineers.
  • Order additional manufacturer parts and spares as required for distribution to regional teams.
  • Promote Health and Safety to ensure safe working practices, responsible for all traffic management safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of wastewater industry experience, including management of field teams and project rollout.
  • Experience in wastewater network surveys.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ideal: Degree or HND in a relevant discipline, full UK driving license.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with willingness to travel regularly (average 1 night a week away from home).
