Senior Architectural Technician/Architect

We are seeking an experienced Architect/Architectural Technologist to join our team as a Senior Architectural Technician/Architect. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the construction and property sector.

• Oversee and manage the architectural department, ensuring high-quality designs and projects are delivered on time.
• Utilize AutoCAD/Caddie software to produce detailed drawings and designs, working across RIBA stages with a focus on technical stages.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work on a variety of projects for disabled clients, requiring expertise in Technical Building Design and Building Regulations.
• Prepare packages and submissions, as well as specifications of works for tender issue.

• CIAT or RIBA qualification.
• Experience working in the residential sector.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD.
