Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Advanced Practitioner to join our team at the University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within the community.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert clinical care to patients in their own homes, utilizing advanced assessment, critical thinking, and clinical management skills.
- Work autonomously as an independent Non-Medical Prescriber, making informed decisions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to promote clinical excellence and seamless service delivery.
- Manage staff performance, training, and supervision of trainee Advanced Practitioners.
- Clinical Based Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
- Registered Independent Non-Medical Prescriber.
- Teaching, supervision, and assessment skills.
- Leadership Qualification.
- Up-to-date Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
- Substantial post-registration experience in Emergency/Acute/General Medicine Care.
- Reflective Practitioner with research-based practice.
- Autonomous qualities to work confidently as a lone practitioner.
