Role Overview

The People Experience team plays a crucial role in fostering organizational success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. As the European People Lead, you will collaborate closely with the European leadership team to establish and implement key people priorities that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the European leadership in achieving strategic business outcomes.
  • Champion and drive people initiatives across various functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Europe to formulate effective People strategies tailored for the European market.
  • Provide coaching to European leaders on management practices, team development, and employee relations.
  • Facilitate a continuous feedback loop between the business and People Centres of Excellence.
  • Work alongside the People and Organizational Development team to design solutions that cater to the unique needs of Europe while aligning with global initiatives.
  • Leverage People Analytics to gather insights that inform the European leadership team.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires, ensuring the growth of our European operations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership and recruiting teams to establish effective hiring processes and best practices.
  • Maintain high hiring standards and serve as a talent consultant for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring and cultural transformation, providing guidance to leaders for effective team management.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing people programs.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of judgment, discretion, and adaptability, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing a high volume of tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong program management and multitasking capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK talent landscape.
  • Passion for working in a startup environment and contributing to process development.
