About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our client, Bond Williams Limited, and contribute to the success of their construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bidding process for construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and develop effective bid strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor bids to inform pricing and proposal decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of bid submissions, client communications, and project progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid management or estimating within the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
