About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our team at Bond Williams Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading the bidding process and helping us secure exciting building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bidding process from initial tender to final contract award, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that we are well-positioned to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that bids are submitted on time and to the required standard.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in bid management or estimating.
