A typical day as a Property Sales Consultant

  • Engaging with potential sellers and buyers, coordinating property viewings tailored to their preferences
  • Negotiating offers and finalizing sales
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with sellers and buyers
  • Promoting properties to prospective buyers using diverse marketing strategies
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
  • Conducting canvassing in the local community
  • Implementing door-to-door outreach and distributing marketing materials
  • Ensuring properties comply with health and safety regulations

Key Skills Required

  • Valid UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others to foster a positive team environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Capability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Proficient in basic IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Important Information
