Role Summary: Product Specialist

  • The Product Specialist will focus on promoting the Intravascular therapies range, which includes PICCs, midlines, ports, and elastomeric devices.
  • The position involves engaging with the 'Vascular Access Team', which includes Vascular access nurses and occasionally Radiologists, as well as interacting with procurement teams.
  • The designated territory encompasses South London, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, and Hampshire.
  • This role combines both new business development and management of existing accounts, particularly aimed at expanding the needle-free product line.
  • Fieldwork will require 3-4 days per week, with one day allocated for administrative tasks from home.
  • Comprehensive induction and training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of £35k-£42k, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped OTE of £15k.

Candidate Profile:

  • Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of experience in medical device or consumable sales.
  • Candidates with a clinical background who are eager to transition into sales will also be considered.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to excel are essential.
  • Candidates should be intelligent, professional, and eager to acquire in-depth product knowledge.
  • A self-motivated and ambitious mindset is crucial.
  • A valid UK driving license is a requirement.
  • Resilience and enthusiasm are key traits for success in this role.
