We are seeking a dedicated Regional Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our merchandising efforts across various retail environments, representing renowned brands. You will be tasked with addressing coverage needs within a specified region, visiting multiple retail locations to achieve both district and regional objectives.

At eXPD8, we engage with a diverse range of product categories, including: Literature and Entertainment, Apparel, Grocery, Health and Wellness, Alcoholic Beverages, and Toys. Your role will involve ensuring that retail displays are optimally arranged, products are showcased appealingly, and inventory levels are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Working Hours: A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

This position will require travel within a designated area.

As you will be working within a defined territory, a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes are essential.

  • Adherence to Standards
  • Maintain compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety regulations.
  • Implement provided planograms to ensure uniformity and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
  • Product Arrangement and Restocking
  • Organize and display products on shelves to enhance visibility and attractiveness.
  • Promotional Setup
  • Establish promotional displays and signage to effectively convey pricing, discounts, and special offers.
  • Communication and Relationship Management
  • Foster strong working relationships with in-store personnel, particularly with department and store managers.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to client account teams through our feedback application, acting as the representative in stores.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel within the designated area.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are required.
  • Experience or enthusiasm for merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your own workload within set deadlines, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving.
  • Commitment to delivering high standards and exceptional service for our clients.
  • Experience in training or mentoring colleagues is a plus.
  • Willingness to accept home deliveries of promotional materials or stock items for certain visits (additional compensation provided).
  • Comfortable using a company tablet for task management, including downloading briefs and taking photos.
