Role Summary:

  • The Product Specialist will focus on promoting the Intravascular therapies range, which includes PICCs, midlines, ports, and elastomeric devices.
  • Engage with the 'Vascular Access Team', primarily vascular access nurses and occasionally radiologists, while also interacting with procurement teams.
  • The designated territory encompasses South London, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, and Hampshire.
  • This position requires a balanced approach to new business development and nurturing existing accounts, particularly in the needle-free product segment.
  • Fieldwork will be conducted 3-4 days a week, with one day allocated for administrative tasks from home.
  • Comprehensive induction and training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £35k to £42k, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped OTE of £15k.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in medical device or consumable sales.
  • Consideration will also be given to candidates with a clinical background who demonstrate a strong desire to transition into sales.
  • Must exhibit the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A proactive attitude and a readiness to excel from the outset are essential.
  • Candidates should be intelligent, professional, and eager to acquire in-depth product knowledge.
  • A strong drive and ambition, coupled with self-motivation, are crucial.
  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory.
  • Resilience and enthusiasm are key traits for success in this role.
