Role Summary:

  • The Product Specialist will focus on promoting the Intravascular therapies range, which includes PICCs, midlines, ports, and elastomeric devices.
  • Engage with the 'Vascular Access Team', including Vascular access nurses and occasionally Radiologists, while also interacting with procurement teams.
  • The designated territory encompasses South London, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, and Hampshire.
  • This position entails a balanced approach to acquiring new business and managing existing accounts, particularly emphasizing growth in the needle-free product segment.
  • Fieldwork is expected 3-4 days a week, with one day allocated for administrative tasks from home.
  • Comprehensive induction and training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of £35k-£42k based on experience.
  • Uncapped OTE of £15k.

Candidate Profile:

  • Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of experience in medical device or consumable sales.
  • Consideration will also be given to individuals with a clinical background who are eager to transition into sales.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to excel are essential.
  • Candidates must be intelligent, professional, and eager to acquire in-depth product knowledge.
  • A strong drive and ambition, coupled with self-motivation, are crucial.
  • A valid UK driving license is a requirement.
  • Resilience and enthusiasm are key traits for the ideal candidate.
  • Candidates should be energetic and driven.
