Daily Responsibilities of a Property Sales Consultant

  • Engaging with potential sellers and buyers, coordinating property viewings to meet their requirements
  • Negotiating offers and finalizing sales agreements
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with sellers and buyers
  • Promoting properties to prospective buyers using various marketing techniques
  • Focusing on acquiring new business and retaining existing clients
  • Conducting canvassing activities in the local area
  • Implementing door-to-door outreach and distributing promotional materials
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations for properties

Essential Qualifications for a Property Sales Consultant

  • Valid UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, fostering a positive team atmosphere
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Proficient in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
