Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective canvassing and door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
