At Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Thornton Heath.

A Quick Look at the Role

In this role, you'll be helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales. You'll also be optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
