About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at haart. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a seamless sales process
- Market properties to buyers using various marketing strategies and skills
- Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective canvassing and door-to-door marketing
- Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong IT skills and basic Microsoft packages
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
