Your Role: This is a fulfilling position where you will contribute positively to the lives of individuals in need while enhancing your professional skills and career prospects.


Employment Structure: All fundraisers are offered permanent contracts, ensuring a stable and predictable base salary with ample opportunities for additional earnings.


Provided Resources: You will receive branded clothing and necessary equipment, including stands, promotional materials, and a digital tablet for donor sign-ups.


Working Hours: Typical hours will vary based on the venues you attend, with a focus on peak foot traffic times. For door-to-door fundraising, the ideal working hours are from 11 AM to 7 PM, particularly during the crucial evening hours.


Role Flexibility: This position involves both Door-to-Door and Private Site fundraising, requiring adaptability to work in various environments.


Event Participation: You may engage in door-to-door activities during weekdays and private site fundraising on weekends, especially during peak seasons.


Venue Management: Our in-house team will pre-book venues, ensuring you have the best opportunities to secure donors during your shifts.


Training and Support: During your initial training period, you will receive extensive support, including a comprehensive induction and mentorship.


Skill Development: Throughout your tenure, you will acquire essential knowledge and skills for success, fostering resilience and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in door-to-door or private site sales, or significant experience in face-to-face sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on your assigned tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage with the public and establish rapport.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Starting salary from £23,795 with uncapped bonus potential.
