Sales and Customer Interaction:

Actively engage with customers in the showroom or through phone/email to comprehend their requirements and preferences, provide expert guidance, and assist in product selection.


  • Client Management:

Prospecting:

Leverage various methods to discover and pursue new sales prospects, including utilizing a CRM system for existing leads and occasionally conducting home viewings with potential clients.


  • Order Management: Oversee the complete sales process, from order initiation, supplier negotiations, to delivery coordination, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Proven expertise in both telephone and face-to-face inbound sales, ideally within the flooring, interiors, or luxury retail sectors.
  • 21 days of paid leave in addition to public holidays.
  • Employee discount available.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
  • Weekend availability required one weekend per month (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
Performance Incentives:
  • Annual performance bonus.
  • The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, along with a generous commission structure.
