About the Role:

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to drive results. This role is accountable to various key performance indicators (KPIs) and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing, and development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Frasers Group as an ambassador for business excellence.
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always.
  • Drive all revenue lines from sales to product and secondary, to drive profitability.
  • Effective management of controllable costs like stock orders and cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend.
  • Lead by example on reception and the business floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every interaction.
  • Ensure central processes like STRIVE and MOVE are followed and delivered to the highest level consistently.
  • Drive collective buy-in to national focuses and incentives like business development and communication initiatives.
  • Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within the business.
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard using our in-house systems.
  • Will and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis.
  • Reporting facilities and maintenance-related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines.
  • Manage business rotas based on budgets, ensuring fully trained team members are always onsite.
  • Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions.
  • Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures, including health and safety, inclusive of business operations.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times, whether on-shift or not.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a Level 2 qualification in business (desirable).
  • 1+ year previous management role experience within the business industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers.
  • A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity.
  • A business champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
  • Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
