Responsibilities

* Manage diaries, monitor and liaise.

* Managing their to do list of actions

* Respond to emails, deputise for them in their absence

* Arrange meetings and circulate agendas, responding to changing circumstances and deadlines

* Attend meetings and take and distribute minutes for Partners/ attendee’s

* Completing actions from meetings and updating minutes accordingly

* Make all travel arrangements including flights, trains, hotels UK & International

* Make meeting and travel arrangements for Customers or Business Partners

* Write and send letters and emails for Partners ad-hoc

* Sending out literature and sample products to customers and following up.

* Proof reading

* Coordinate and assist with marketing & the website

* Laise with tender specialist and coordinate the project

* General Adhoc Duties

The position is part-time, working Monday and Friday with an additional day during the week by agreement with the client
