About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day management of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to drive results. This role is accountable to various key performance indicators (KPIs) and is responsible for the recruitment, development, and training of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Company as an Ambassador: Represent the company as an ambassador for fitness and demonstrate the company's elevated ways of working.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales to drive profitability.
  • Manage Controllable Costs: Effectively manage controllable costs such as stock orders and cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend.
  • Lead by Example: Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard using the company's in-house systems.
  • Recruit and Develop Talent: Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within the gym.
  • Manage Club Rotas: Manage club rotas based on budgets, ensuring fully trained team members are always onsite.
  • Ensure High Standards: Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
