Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment, payroll, and HR departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide insightful reports on key HR metrics, including staff turnover, absences, and job satisfaction.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee welfare facilities and job satisfaction.
  • Manage skilled worker visas for foreign workers and ensure compliance with sponsorship licensing requirements.
  • Lead weekly recruitment meetings and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Oversee performance reviews, probation sign-offs, and headcount management to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Implement software solutions to improve the efficiency of payroll, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Ensure timely issuance of reports to keep the management team informed of HR activities.

Requirements

  • CIPD qualification is required.
  • Experience with skilled worker visas for foreign workers is essential.
  • Proven track record in a Senior HR role covering multiple departments.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly around right to work and sponsorship licensing.
