Exciting Opportunity for a Skilled Commercial Account Executive

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our dynamic team within the Commercial Enterprise Unit.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage policy events while adhering to compliant processes, ensuring that all clients receive professional and equitable treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing all aspects of their insurance arrangements to advise, review, arrange, and secure suitable coverage at competitive rates.
  • Review and take necessary actions on policy and client information to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate proactively with colleagues across the organization to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Place commercial lines business within approved markets, tailoring solutions to meet client needs based on a thorough understanding of the client, the insurance landscape, and industry sector offerings.
  • Keep clients informed about updates related to political, regulatory, and market changes that may affect their operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C, including English and Mathematics.
  • Previous experience in an Account Handling role within the insurance sector is essential.
  • A strong passion for cultivating excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A desire to learn, develop, and successfully complete your apprenticeship.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and operational experience with Acturis.
  • Ensure accurate updates are made to data quality standards within Acturis.
