Corporate Account Executive

Position Overview:
As a Corporate Account Executive, you will deliver expert guidance and support to our valued clients. Your role will involve the effective management of policy-related events while adhering to compliant procedures, ensuring that every customer receives professional and equitable treatment.
Your primary objective will be to maintain existing client relationships and cultivate new business opportunities through the ongoing development of partnerships and the provision of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable solutions, structuring, pricing, and placement strategies that align with clients' requirements while ensuring profitable outcomes for a diverse clientele.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients, meticulously covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements, advising, reviewing, arranging, and securing the appropriate coverage at competitive rates.
- Oversee the review and necessary actions regarding policy and client information.
- Maintain vigilance in daily operations to detect and mitigate potential issues, ensuring timely remedial actions are implemented as needed.
- Foster strong relationships at all levels with clients, prospects, colleagues, insurers, and external specialists to maximize business potential.
- Continuously enhance relationships with PIB's panel of insurers while establishing a strong presence within the insurance market.
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues across the organization to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Place commercial lines business within approved markets to effectively meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of the client, insurance market, and industry sector.
- Keep clients informed of updates regarding political, regulatory, and market changes that may affect their operations.
- Assess the adequacy of coverage and the suitability of terms being offered to clients.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of all inquiries.
Required Experience:
Essential qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C, including English and Mathematics.
- Experience within the UK insurance sector, coupled with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with General Commercial classes of business.
- Proven client service and administrative experience, demonstrating adherence to processes and systems with meticulous attention to detail to support service delivery.
- Previous experience working collaboratively within a team to service both clients and colleagues, complemented by strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with internal teams.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite.
- Operational experience with Acturis, ensuring accurate updates to data quality standards.
