Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and support on their insurance needs.
- Handle renewals efficiently, securing favorable terms and ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and regulations.
- Negotiate and influence to achieve the best outcomes for clients, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account handling, with a strong track record of client satisfaction and retention.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
- ACII qualification or working towards it is highly regarded, though not essential.
