**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a bilingual customer service advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both French and English.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service through various channels, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet individual customer requirements.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct item numbers and pricing.
  • Utilize JDE Oracle system for order processing and collaborate with 3PLs for timely delivery.
  • Ensure product compliance for EU retail partners, adhering to regulations such as the EU TSD.
  • Resolve delivery discrepancies and maintain internal records for seamless operations.
  • Review and update customer orders regularly, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to cover other accounts when needed.

**Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in order entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues of diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  • Understanding of product barcoding and EU compliance in the retail sector.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Outlook.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (grades A-C) or equivalent.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.

**Working Relationships:

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Services Manager and cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with UK & EU Sales Teams, external customers, and 3rd Party Warehouses.
  • Work alongside Finance and Inventory/Purchasing Teams for streamlined operations.
