Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Source4 Personnel Solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily administration tasks, and supporting our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, handle enquiries, and provide high-level sales support.
  • Administration: Complete daily administration tasks, manage customer accounts, and equipment needs.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support by responding to enquiries efficiently and professionally, opening new customer/supplier accounts, and generating hire and sales quotations.
  • Equipment Management: Process customer purchase orders, coordinate with depots/rehire partners on equipment availability, and manage equipment exchanges, off-hires, and report any losses or damages.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain a high level of accuracy in the customer database, liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met, and maintain 100% client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills.
