Job Title: Sales Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Plowman Craven. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the UK Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to drive sales growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales development, business growth, and client relationship management.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
