Job Title: Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Plowman Craven. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Focus:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' needs and requirements.
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions.
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients and prospects.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Your Performance:
    • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and goals.
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' businesses and industries.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
