Position Overview

In this role, you will serve as a mentor, oversee shift operations, and manage nursing responsibilities within a varied inpatient unit dedicated to caring for children and adolescents facing acute health challenges.

This position includes a Welcome Bonus. This consists of an initial payment of £1,800 pro rata based on hours worked, payable with your first salary, followed by an additional £1,800 pro rata after 12 months of service, and a final payment of £1,400 pro rata after 18 months of service. Eligibility criteria and Scheme Rules apply, including a minimum tenure of 24 months to avoid repayment. Full details are available upon request.

Additionally, this position qualifies for the Trust's Relocation package as outlined in the Trust Pay and Staff Expenses Policy.

Key Responsibilities

This service focuses on enhancing the comprehensive assessment for children and young people, ensuring that we prioritize their physical and emotional health during their evaluation and treatment within CAMHs.
