Job Summary:

Nurse Seekers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our esteemed dental practice in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the dental nursing team and ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently lead the dental nursing team, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care and treatment procedures.
• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, providing exceptional support and care to patients.
• Manage and maintain clinical areas in compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Coordinate the scheduling and management of patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the dental practice, working closely with other members of the management team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage stock levels of clinical supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with other members of the management team to ensure smooth running of the practice, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified Dental Nurse with a valid GDC registration.
• Proven experience of leadership within a practice setting, with a strong track record of success.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and management.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards patient care and team management, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Full right to work in the UK, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
