As a member of our Rent & Service Charge Coordinator team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to customers with inquiries about their service charges. You will work closely with a team of Rent & Service Charge Analysts and officers responsible for calculating and issuing rent and service charge demands to approximately 36,000 customers.

In your role as a Rent & Service Charge Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for all service charge inquiries, coordinating responses with colleagues across the organization to ensure transparency and clarity for our customers. You will lead investigations into customer queries and dissatisfaction, manage complaints, and assist with the administration of issuing Section 20 notices, as well as preparing Section 21 and 22 requests. We are committed to supporting and training individuals who align with our values and are eager to make a meaningful impact in social housing.

We are looking for a collaborative team player who can partner effectively with customers, colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to enhance the delivery of service charges, improve process efficiency and accuracy, and elevate the overall customer experience.
