Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Yü Energy. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for managing complaints from beginning to end, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complaints and customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues both in writing and verbally.
- Identify and report on the root cause of complaints to inform business improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
- 3 years of customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a complaints department.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and motivated individual with a desire to grow and develop within the company.
