About the role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Complaint Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints across various channels, conducting thorough investigations, and coordinating with different departments to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Key responsibilities include documenting complaints, analyzing trends, and recommending improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes, utilizing your excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As a Customer Service Complaint Resolution Specialist, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, produce reports, and identify common themes to drive down complaints and improve overall satisfaction.
