Hastings Direct is seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join their team. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences while resolving third-party claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and negotiate customer losses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to objection handle and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remove blockages and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Experience in the motor insurance industry, with a strong understanding of liability and insurance indemnity outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
