About the role
We are seeking a skilled Complaint Co-ordinator to join our team at IOSH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer complaints across multiple channels
- Conducting thorough investigations and documenting interactions
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Identifying trends and recommending process improvements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service complaint handling role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and database management
