About the role

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Co-ordinator to join our team at IOSH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer complaints across multiple channels
  • Conducting thorough investigations and documenting interactions
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Identifying trends and recommending process improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service complaint handling role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and database management
