Complaint Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Co-ordinator to join our team at IOSH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Your primary responsibility will be to investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that every issue is addressed to the customer's satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate the resolution of complaints and identify opportunities for process improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be meticulous in documenting every interaction and resolution, and be able to keep customers informed and address their concerns with empathy.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Work closely with various departments to coordinate the resolution of complaints
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Document every interaction and resolution, and keep customers informed
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer service complaint handling role
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to document every interaction and resolution
- Empathy and professionalism when addressing customer concerns
