About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital.

As a Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Excellent Patient Care
    • Provide evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive physiotherapy services to patients with a range of post-operative conditions, predominantly elective orthopaedics.
    • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and recovery.
  • Comply with Professional and Clinical Standards
    • Ensure compliance with all professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
    • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to monitor and improve treatment standards.
  • Adhere to Nuffield Health Values and Beliefs
    • Embody caring, aspirational, responsive, and ethical behaviors in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Excellent manual therapy skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements

Work will be booked on an ad-hoc basis, with a minimum requirement of one or two weekend days per month. Some weekday hours may also be available.
