About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital. As a Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Excellent Patient Care
    • Provide evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive physiotherapy services to patients with a range of post-operative conditions, predominantly elective orthopaedics.
    • Work collaboratively with nurses, AHPs, and consultants to optimize patient health and recovery.
  • Compliance and Governance
    • Ensure compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
    • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to monitor treatment standards.
  • Professional Development
    • Support the professional development of colleagues through internal CPD courses and online content.
    • Access funding support for relevant CPD activity and postgraduate study.
