Position Overview:
As a Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist at Nuffield Health, you will play a crucial role in our esteemed healthcare facility, renowned for its commitment to excellence. This position allows for flexible working hours, tailored to meet both the operational needs of the hospital and your personal availability. A minimum commitment of one or two weekend days per month is expected, with optional weekday shifts available.

- Provide exceptional clinical care that is evidence-based, safe, effective, and responsive to the needs of our patients.
- Ensure compliance with all professional and clinical governance standards, participating in audits and quality assurance processes to maintain high treatment standards.

Role Details:
In this role, you will join our dedicated Physiotherapy team, primarily serving our Inpatient ward. You will work with a diverse range of post-operative patients, mainly focusing on elective orthopaedic cases, while also providing care for gynaecology and oncology patients as needed. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, allied health professionals, and consultants, will be essential to optimize patient health and recovery.
