As a Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Excellent Patient Care
- Provide evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive physiotherapy services to patients with a range of post-operative conditions, predominantly elective orthopaedics.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and recovery.
- Comply with Professional and Clinical Standards
- Ensure compliance with all professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
- Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to monitor and improve treatment standards.
- Adhere to Nuffield Health Values and Beliefs
- Embody caring, aspirational, responsive, and ethical behaviors in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Excellent manual therapy skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate, ranging from £19 to £23, depending on experience.

Work will be booked on an ad-hoc basis, with a minimum requirement of one or two weekend days per month. Some weekday hours may also be available.
