We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office & Customer Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through email, telephone, and in-person interactions.
  • Source solutions to customer queries and problems, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Provide HR administrative support, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll tasks.
  • Support Finance with data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist Operations with coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate company travel and utilize internal systems to manage tasks.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other areas of the business.
  • Contribute to a positive office culture and serve as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient IT skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private health care, pension scheme, and a flexible working pattern during certain times of the year.
