Legal Talent Acquisition Manager

Axiom is seeking a highly motivated and thoughtful Talent Success Manager to support our talent experience for our ever-growing population of legal talent.
This is a critical role within our wider Commercial Team in Europe, where you will guide Axiom legal talent throughout their Axiom experience, ensuring their skills are matched to exciting client opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to strategically build your talent bench based on supply and demand trends in your Practice Area(s).
- Strategically focus on retention of our legal talent, conducting regular check-ins with lawyers and legal professionals to gauge engagement levels, including those who are not currently on client engagements.
- Provide a single point of contact for our legal talent and work with them to solve issues as they arise.
- Ensure our legal talent is fully utilized by working with the talent directly and understanding their drivers and definition of a successful Axiom career.
- Meet key Talent Success metrics to include retention, utilization, win rates, and conversion rate targets.
- 4+ years of experience within a legal services provider, professional services firm, law firm, recruitment agency, or corporate in-house environment.
- An interest in the legal industry and the business of law.
- Ability to provide a high-quality experience for our talent, working with them to understand their preferences, and find opportunities that are a strong experience fit.
- Deep sense of urgency, pace and drive to ensure matching of our legal talent with the right client opportunities.
- Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with senior level, highly experienced lawyers and/or clients, and leaders in the Sales and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
