About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team at LBR Legal Business Recruitment. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of roles across all levels, including fee-earner and business services recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resourcing and recruiting for fee earners and business services, utilizing a strong direct sourcing methodology and proven ability to manage candidates.
  • Developing and implementing effective employer branding and marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Managing Preferred Supplier Lists and recruitment agency relationships to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Improving global consistency of approach to recruitment and providing training and support to line managers and interviewers on best practices.
  • Supporting international recruitment campaigns and utilizing data analytics to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment campaigns within a complex matrix and busy environment, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Experience in both fee-earner and business team staff recruitment, with a strong understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to influence.
  • Demonstrable direct sourcing experience, including developing talent pipelines for lawyers and business teams and reducing recruitment costs.
  • Creative thinking and ability to innovate in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices.
  • Ability to add value to an established team and manage resourcing projects, particularly around process improvement and innovation.
  • Experience with online Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong analytical and judgment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and influence senior members of the firm, including partners.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build rapport with candidates quickly.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
