Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for a wide range of roles across the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for technical and non-technical positions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Sourcing: Proactively source and engage passive talent using a variety of channels (professional networks, job boards, etc.).
- Employer Branding: Work on initiatives to position AT Talent - Rec2Rec as a leading recruitment agency in the tech industry, including attending industry events, creating content, and building partnerships.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity in hiring practices and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data and metrics to evaluate and improve the recruitment process, providing regular reports to leadership on recruitment performance and key metrics.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from application to offer stage.
- Recruitment Tools & Platforms: Manage and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the tech landscape, including familiarity with technical roles and skillsets (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers, etc.).
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including passive recruitment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, market trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in employer branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in recruitment.
- Prior experience in managing a recruitment team or leading large-scale hiring initiatives.
