Role Summary: A&M Search is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Senior Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our London team. This role will primarily concentrate on the recruitment of senior legal professionals, including partners and senior associates, for top-tier law firms. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape, exceptional networking capabilities, and a solid history of successful placements in this specialized field.

Key Duties:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with law firm clients, comprehending their requirements and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
  • Source, attract, and engage high-caliber legal professionals. Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations of candidates to ensure alignment with client expectations. Offer career guidance and market insights to candidates.
  • Remain informed about the latest trends and advancements in the legal sector. Perform market mapping and competitor analysis to uncover potential opportunities.
  • Facilitate the interview and hiring process between clients and candidates. Negotiate compensation packages and oversee the offer process to ensure successful placements. Provide ongoing support post-placement to both clients and candidates.
  • Identify and pursue new business avenues within the legal domain. Formulate and execute strategies to broaden A&M Search's client portfolio. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote A&M Search's offerings.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in legal recruitment, focusing on partners and senior associates.
  • Demonstrated success in placements within the legal sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools.
  • Thorough understanding of the legal industry and market dynamics.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the legal profession.
