Job Title: Reception Team Leader

  • Supervise and develop the welcome team to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Implement and manage Portico policy, procedures, and standards
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and service providers
  • Use visitor management systems to prioritize work and manage changing circumstances
