The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and motivating a team, providing guidance and training where needed. You will be responsible for managing the staff rota to ensure consistent service coverage, conducting team meetings and appraisals, ensuring health & safety compliance within the office, and maintaining excellent working relationships with other service providers.
