Beyond transporting customers to their destinations, this role involves providing outstanding service, adhering to established protocols, and collaborating with team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Our training program demands dedication, a commitment to an intensive learning phase, and meticulous attention to detail, but it leads to a fulfilling career that contributes to the evolving landscape of transportation. Throughout the training, candidates will undergo various assessments, both practical and theoretical, equipping them with the necessary skills and support to advance to a Qualified Driver.

If these qualities resonate with you, this role may present a valuable career opportunity.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must be at least 21 years old to qualify for the training program, as per industry standards. Proximity to the depot is essential; candidates should reside within a 60-minute travel radius without relying on public transport when unavailable. This requirement is non-negotiable due to safety responsibilities. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and night shifts, is necessary. The training salary is set at £28,268 annually, increasing to £60,124 upon full qualification.

We are looking for Trainee Drivers to become part of our Talent Pool.

Successful candidates will be placed in a Talent Pool, pending future vacancies.
